The upper stories of the Renaissance Building are now available as an event venue! Our 2nd Floor can seat 25-75 for events such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, and anniversaries! Our 3rd Floor is an ornate Florentine Ballroom, with space to seat 185 banquet-style and up to 220 concert-style! 
*At this time, we are unable to host wedding ceremonies.

    This form must be completed and returned to a Leonardo’s Coffeehouse Manager at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of your Event in order for your rental request to be considered. Our Event Coordinator will email you within two (2) business days of receipt regarding the approval or disapproval of your reservation request. The facility is available for reservation on a first-come, first-serve basis and according to the terms outlined herein. We recommend reading over our Rules & Conditions for Usage before applying for a venue reservation. 
    THIRD FLOOR RENTALS – Due to historic nature of building and the sensitive nature of the plaster on the second floor ceiling under the third floor, all Renter(s) who use the third floor agree that they prohibit their guests from jumping or intensive dancing and will post approved signs and give a warning to guests to ensure this activity is not allowed. Violation of this provision is subject to immediate cancellation of the event and no refund.
